To design the components and molds, DeltAts uses modern software that allows the analysis and simulation of raw material flows.
The structural analysis of the product takes into account, already in the design phase, the variables induced by the injection process: from the joint lines to the orientation of the fibers, up to the venting of the gases. In this way it is possible to foresee possible critical areas of the mold and the entire project. In this way errors are avoided which, at the advanced stage of the realization of the molds, are difficult if not impossible to correct.
With the same software it is possible to predict molding times and hourly production, with 100% accuracy. The analysis obtained is similar to what could be done on a real sample.
