The plastic molding department of DeltAts has a constantly evolving and state-of-the-art machine park.
Number 30 hydraulic presses from 25 to 800 tons, with a centralized automatic system for the distribution and treatment of polymers.

Robots

DeltAts uses 5 and 4 axis robots and anthropomorphic robots according to the product to be manufactured and the customer’s needs.

Lines

Automatic testing lines for valves, oil cup filler testing lines, vacuum tank testing lines.
Ultrasonic valve welding lines and ultrasonic with pvc.
Welding lines for vibration and hot blade tanks.

Islands

Based on the needs of each process we use totally or partially automated assembly and control islands.

Automated Island

Valve assembly island by ultrasonic welding, leakage test / load loss and marking.
